not me but my best friend! Although it’s been a long time since they’ve mentioned ADHD and i should ask them… cause i wouldnt be surprised if they tell me it turns out they actually only have OCD.

I have ADHD (suspected AuDHD) and a connective tissue disorder called “hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos-Syndrome” which is a really common combination

Yep! Autism level 2, ADHD-C, OCD, CPTSD, BPD, suspected bipolar 2, Chronic depression, Anxiety, POTS, MCAS, EDS, the list goes on and on! It’s so hard battling them all x

My heart goes out to you! I unfortunately really struggle with my OCD and it’s only recently spiralled worse and worse in the past two years, I’m trying to get extra help from my support team on how to cope but havent had much input yet, but I promise if I find a way to help I’ll let you know x sending love and positivity

There have been times I wished I had OCD, if only to keep my counters clean. 😂

You really don’t! It’s awful! Has such a hold on me and my life and terrifying to live with!! It’s not about being “clean and tidy” it’s a serious mental disorder that affects all areas of some people’s life’s ! X not something to want or wish upon anyone!

It's that OCD, in fact, is intrusive (unwanted) thoughts, like thoughts about morality, persistent doubts, taboo content, and many other things. There are also compulsions, which are mental or physical actions that you perform to relieve the anxiety caused by obsessions (intrusive thoughts).
