I do a 15-20 minute wind down after work too & go for a walk outside if possible. That helps me 😊
Make sure to take your breaks. I like taking a 5 minute break every hour. Make sure you have a dedicated work space so you have some separation. Create an “after work” routine; I used listening to YouTube and coloring as my “work detachment” activity.
