I’m slowly transitioning into Peri at 37; no kids. I’ve heard of that book, “The New Perimenopause,” after hearing the author interviewed on at least one podcast I listen to, but haven’t looked into it yet… probably because I have too many other books I haven’t read yet. 🤭
Hi ! Well, funny you mention that (though I’m not sure what you mean exactly), cause I just received my pre-ordered copy of « The New Perimenopause » by Dr Mary Claire Haver and it looks like it will be VERY helpful - and when my husband opened it at random he happened on a page treating the subject of ADHD, so… Has anyone read it yet / heard about it ?
