I’ve been stuck and procrastinating on some really important computer and writing tasks that i just couldn’t get through and i tried listening to Brain.fm for the first time yesterday and i busted through the necessary work in 38min and then couldn’t stop so i carried on to new tasks for an additional 30min of really focused work. I felt so good about it after, my stress from having put off the tasks instantly melted away and i was able to able to shut that part of my brain off and relax with my dog and wife for the rest of the evening. So yes , do try

I listen a lot to a music called ADHD relief (increase focus & concentration) and it has 1 hour and a half. It usually helps, unless I'm having "one of those days"

It helps me focus, but at least for me it can cause bad head aches and drains me really badly. It causes severe exhaustion. But that may be just me 😁🤷‍♀️

These are 8D, 12D, etc. music. These are songs you need to listen to with headphones because they go from one ear to the other, you can find them very easily on YouTube. Personally, I love it, it really helps me calm down when I'm overstimulated, my brain finally shuts up, and after a few of them, I'm completely calm and just want to sleep. Sometimes some work better than others (I know that 8D ones sometimes aren't enough for me, I need one with a higher number), you have to test them. But personally, I really love this stuff, it does a lot of good, I advise you to try it!!! Haven't tested it yet, but apparently, it also helps with concentration.
