I need tips on waking up in the morning
I am so bad at going to bed at night and then it usually takes like a million alarms to maybe wake me up. Please I beg

The only thing that helps for me is regulating when I am exposed to light. This way I managed to turn things around from waking up anytime between 10-13 to 5-6! Smart lights and smart curtains can be helpful tools for this, which can be made to turn on/off or open/close at set times. You can also automate your devices to show less light and/or blue light in the evening. Even to tell you what the time is, if you really want to! :)
I take my 10mg Methylphenidate pill the moment my eyes opens up. This gives me the need push every morning.
I set my alarm (which has a really loud annoying sound) somewhere I can’t reach, preferably close to the door, so then when it starts blaring, I have to jump out of bed to turn it off before I wake up everyone in the house.
