First appointment

I am in the waiting room, waiting for my first doctors appointment!! I am so nervous, heart beating fast, and it’s all so scary! First step on my ADHD journey! Wish me luck!! Edit: just got home. The doctor said it REALLY made sense, and she’s sending me over to those who can help. Here in Norway, it’s in the psychiatric unit, so I have to talk to my family and get them to tell how I was as a kid and youth. I am so excited and emotional righ now!
