last yearTry taking lots of breaks In between studying. What I do is flip through all my previous lessons and try to take notes. For me if I write it down it sticks in my head.

last yearOur work memory is not super efficient so you need to test yourself while studying : it is a good way to make it stick ! there is some apps that can help you with that or you can make your own quizzes.

last yearFind a place like in library or with other people around. I think study in places like this can reduce my mind spiraling. And bring water with you so you can bite the straw to concentrate🥛(or eat chewing gums? This helps too)


I use one specific lamp for studying and when it’s on no one in the house is allowed to speak to me(let’s say they are following through)…A small trick that has made a big difference for me. I call it the enlightening light 😂😂
