I use one specific lamp for studying and when itβs on no one in the house is allowed to speak to me(letβs say they are following through)β¦A small trick that has made a big difference for me. I call it the enlightening light ππ
Try taking lots of breaks In between studying. What I do is flip through all my previous lessons and try to take notes. For me if I write it down it sticks in my head.
Our work memory is not super efficient so you need to test yourself while studying : it is a good way to make it stick ! there is some apps that can help you with that or you can make your own quizzes.
Find a place like in library or with other people around. I think study in places like this can reduce my mind spiraling. And bring water with you so you can bite the straw to concentrateπ₯(or eat chewing gums? This helps too)
