I then add compartments- eg up coming appointment To do this week Groceries Urgent matters in Red We always tick off once done I also have a permanent motivation quote to motivate me more This one from Ulysses S Grant is my favourite

To Do lists are my Go-To! Notes on my phone, OneNote on my work computer, dry erase board ….. all of the above!

It genuinely works We also have a smaller one and my ex wife had a son that used a white board stuck on his wardrobe- same system
