Diagnosed at 40 and it was the biggest relief cause I had truly began to believe that I was just broken. Now I am learning how to manage my symptoms and the more I learn the more my life experiences make sense.

100%!! Just found out 2 weeks ago and have been learning everything I can, fast as I can. Am 42 on the 3rd and feeling SO empowered to move forward!

Yes, it makes sense now. Before I kept thinking what is wrong with me?

Absolutely! After my oldest was diagnosed, I pressed my husband to pursue an evaluation and be treated. I knew I was also, but mine wasn’t as severe. I finally had my evaluation 2 years ago, and started medicating. What an incredible difference. However, now that I’m going through menopause, it’s the worst it’s ever been!

I think it may be one of the best things about the diagnosis 😊

Absolutely! I’m 37 and was diagnosed 2 years ago. There were so many things that I thought were weird quirks and now it totally makes sense. I now understand why my mum was the same
