Dish hack

I learned this from the How To ADHD channel on YouTube, but it was also an idea I had prior. Stacking your dishes to make the task seem less daunting than it might appear.

I stack them since I wash each category of dish in a certain order so it seems less daunting, esp since I have such a small sink that piles up easily

Yeah! And I also like putting forks, spoons and stuff like that into one big plate or bowl and pouring it with the water and washing liquids. It goes really fast🌈🌈🌈

I stack my dishes like this so that it seems less daunting and I'm more likely to do it! Otherwise I get overwhelmed and simply ignore them

I rinse and stack when the dishwasher is full. My husband has patiently taught me to clean as I cook over 21 year of marriage. It took at least 10 before I stopped giving him the death stare! πŸ˜¬πŸ˜‚

I have to stack before I can do the dishes.
