Re thinking.
I have noticed that I am very sensitive to rejection, of course nobody tolerates it, but in my case it is excessive. Does anyone have this same feeling?

Look up Rejection Sensitivity Disphoria. It hit me like a brick the first time I read about it because it's so me, and so many adhders suffer from it.
Definitely me. I do not try so many things & don’t say so much stuff I want to say just out of fear of rejection. I thought it’s just me till I read your post, I see a comment about RSD & I will research that now. It’s nice to understand reasoning behind this. But I also regret so many chances I have let go just because of this.
It's devastating. Even a small joke can make you feel unwanted or criticized. Stay strong and try to convince yourself that what someone says is not truly about you, but it's their discomfort projected on someone else. Sending hugs <3
Yes definitely feel this. I try to remember it’s a part of adhd RSD is what it’s called rejection sensitive dysphoria
