my main problem is forgetting rather than disliking water, but maybe you could create a schedule for it? i think most people forget and that's why they don't drink water

I take my bottle everywhere with me and use the syrup varieties from MORE no sugar, Cherry, Pear or Peach. That works really well.

Fruit tea has been my saviour. I drink water mainly in the form of such tea and always pack a couple of filters with me

I always have multiple bottles of water, by the bed, in my backpack and so on (or try). But making things a little more convenient, helps with things that are hard to remember

Hi ! Same as many of the others : water bottle (compatible with sparkling water I make at a home with a machine, because I don’t feel I’ve REALLY slaked my thirst if my water isn’t sparkling !), my favorite herbal infusion in my locker at work with a mug, and two reminders in this app (one for the morning, one for the afternoon)

I've got 3 different Apps on my phone, who asks for Hydration and my boyfriend is happy, if I remember to, this is the biggest help. People pleasing is more important than my own health 🤔🫣👀

I have a Hydro spark that disconnected to an app on my phone. It reminds me when I need to take a drink of water. It also visually has a color ring at the bottom that you can set to light up in whatever color mine is rainbow when it’s time to take a drink of water. It monitors your intake and reminds you. Till I get both an alert on my phone and the visual on the bottle itself. It was rather expensive, but worth it to me because I too have always been bad about drinking enough water. You can also manually add like other liquids like coffee or tea or something and the app will calculate that into your total for the day. In the beginning, it also establishes for you how many ounces of water you should drink a day based on your weight and whatever else. I love it. This is my third one because I lost the first two. I’m extra extra aware now to not leave it someplace because I take it everywhere I go. One final thing it does is it knows the location of the bottle so if you do happen to leave it someplace, he can tell you where it is. As long as you keep it charged that is. A full charge lasts about five or six days until you basically have to charge it weekly. It has been well worth my investment.

It’s called HydrateSpark both bottle and app. They have a new option available that I would love to get, but I haven’t lost my third one yet. 😂

I have a 30oz Owala bottle that is my “security bottle,” and I don’t leave the house without it. I also have a 40oz Simply Modern mug/tervis/whatever you wanna call it, that I’ll carry around with me sometimes, too, especially in the nighttime while settling down or in the early morning when I’m just moving around and taking meds and vitamins. I use Liquid IV (I never drink only one flavor at a time - mixed flavors all the way!), and that does help me stay hydrated while I’m busy at work, and/or having a rigorous day and moving around a lot… like at work! They do have caffeinated flavors and I use one of those each morning, mixed with another flavor (obviously). It helps wake me up if I’m not drinking a lot of plain water.

Ohh yay! I mix bomb-pop with strawberry I think, or maybe watermelon? It’s been a hot minute since I’ve had that one. My first mixer was strawberry and watermelon, and I really enjoy it still. Strawberry or mango mixed with pina colada. Watermelon isn’t too bad mixed with pina colada either. Watermelon and pink passion fruit. Cotton candy and strawberry. I like a couple of the caffeinated flavors as well; blackberry peach and the new strawberry kiwi. Blackberry peach I mix with either: sugar free peach, sugar free pineapple mango, strawberry, mango, or pina colada. I also like a couple of the immunity flavors; passion fruit, and wild berry (brb g2 look up those flavors)

My Dr has me drinking liquid iv, I’ve never thought of mixing! The bomb pop one has been my go to for a while now. What flavors do you mix? Or your favorite combinations?

I start with drinking 1 liter/ 33 floz in the morning when taking meds and supplements. When I get to work I use a carafe that holds again 1 liter/ 33 floz and drink it until lunch (no lunch before drinking the water) and another one with and for after lunch I finish before leaving.
