Be happy that you were diagnosed early, especially as a female. I wasn’t diagnosed until I was 53. If I could only go back in time life and school would’ve been so much easier. At least now that you’ve been diagnosed you can learn all of the coping strategies. There are many good books out there on female ADHD. 💖

I know, I feel you. My daughter(11) abd me have adhd. Its really hard sometimes but nit every day, don't forget the positive power od adhd🦈
