Reward yourself with a small treat / luxury after you do the task you are procrastinating- it can be a very useful thing!
I am like this in every aspect of my life. My home suffers the most bc I put off chores for so long that I get overwhelmed by the thought of doing them.
I am this with my art. It's so hard when it requires creativity that I have zero motivation for!
