B12, Magnesium, omega 3-6-9, zinc, vitamin d, short: each of the things that studies suspect to be low in adhd-bodies. (And that are definitely on low levels in mine specifically)
Are those known to help with ADHD? I've heard magnesium and the b vitamins help.
