For me, I give myself a buffer. I tell myself I want to leave at said time, which normally doesn’t happen but giving myself that buffer helps. Also, I work at a major airport where we have to shuttle in from the employee parking lot.. So have to give myself another buffer to count for problems that may arise from my car to the concourse.
I give myself twice the time I think I need and I have a really dialed in routine in the morning
My body hates alarms, so it's trained itself to wake up before them. Which is very annoying when your alarm is your pet budgies going off 2 hours before you want to get up. I often fall back asleep luckily, not always tho. Let me know if you figure out the not late to work part lol
Multiple alarms. But I also get up at the very last second. I work from home and start at 8. My last alarm goes off at 7:55.
I dunno, I am late almost few times per week, and it happens my whole life. I mean I try to be in time, but uhh…
