This past year I’ve been through every stage of “Burnout”.. My job is far too demanding for one person alone.. I even Ugly Cried on my way to work today because I dread the inevitable, unrealistic, work load awaiting me.

Yup. I'm a psychosocial worker (ironic). And had such bad burnout I had to visit hospital this year. Now changing careers.
