Medication?
Curious if anyone has seen benefits with ADHD medication or not. I’m new and haven’t been formally diagnosed (yet?) but runs in the family.

3 years agoIm diagnosed recently at 35 and it has been a life saver for me so far. Some people are less lucky though (e.g. experiencing side effects without benefits).
