I have an alarm that makes me do a task before I can turn it off like a math problem or rotating my phone. It’s called Awake and I love it, totally recommend.
I‘m an annoying morning person that preferably goes to bed at nine and can’t sleep longer than 8, so getting up isn’t a problem. However going anywhere at night is, I‘m so tired and just want to go to bed after 10
I used to lol but now I have a cat that wakes me up to be fed. I use this as a way to get me moving a bit by having to walk a bit to his food station. Set a glass of water and my meds near where he is. Then I either doze right there or go back to bed to wake up a bit more activated an hour later. My nonnegotiable is to make sure I go to bed on time. I got to a point where im afraid of little sleep ruining me flow the rest of the weak and how long it takes me to recover each time.
I used to, unfortunately the only way to way me up is to have someone else wake me up.
I hadn’t heard of the Alarmy app. Sounds like what I need though I’ll hate it at the same time: I do not like waking up!
The amount of times that I press the snooze button is crazy.. I don’t think the extra 14 alarms will help me🤪 I’m past help it comes to mornings🤣🤦🏽♀️
It’s really better for me now that I have the Alarmy app : you can choose lots of options to help you REALLY get up (like : you have to take a picture of your toothbrush in the bathroom, or walk for 40 steps, otherwise the alarm doesn’t stop)
