I was wondering...

When you do a task that you didn't plan to do today, do you add it to your to-do list and mark it as done, or you just let it be unacknowledged? I like to add it and feel proud that I did something😅

Checking off things on a to do list makes me feel like I accomplished something! I always add things and check them off to remind myself of everything I did each day. 🙂

Have special list in my main to-do tracker called Suddenly and not by plan did. Do the thing — write it down — enjoy that i-did-it sound when click on it checkbox

Depends on the day and my mood, really. Do I want to spend the extra time and energy to write/type it into my todo’s list for that bit o’ dopamine, or just mentally acknowledge the task is done, good job, and move on?

Yeah, pretty new on this app, but i definitely feel like I notice more tasks then usually, so I can add them, do them, and tick them off - guess that's part of the "hack" 😀

Absolutely! The dopamine boost from sense of accomplishment is always welcome 😌
