1 alarm clock is not enough🙈 I have 3-4 alarm clocks and every now and then it happens that I still oversleep
For me, it was a gamechanger to take my meds already in bed. After approx. 1 1/2 hours, I can then get out of bed relatively well.
I am an annoying morning person that goes to bed at 9 pm and automatically wakes up at 6 am (or if I go to bed later I wake up exactly that time later)
