So it occurred to me a lot of people on the app seem to be overseas, I’m British just curious as to where most people are in the world 🌎 Obviously I like to know everything, don’t know if that’s an adhd thing but I can’t bare not knowing things 😂

Having ocd and adhd is basically like going to war with myself most of the time and that teensy 0.00001%, works together and makes things click. I impulse buy all of the things. Take cleaning, for example. I buy all of the cleaning stuff “I KNOW I MUST HAVE” (🙄), but then I have to buy all of the organization stuff for the cleaning stuff, obviously 🤣 (ADHD part) I, then, have a VERY SPECIFIC, down to the very last speck of dirt way I need everything cleaned (OCD part) Problem… I’m the only one that can organize and clean the way that I need everything organized and cleaned 😭😭😭 I really try to let my kid help me clean and not spaz out watching as he does so. But I just go over what he does when he’s done. Then, I get stuck in one room cleaning and swear up and down it’s not clean yet, then I’m crying and having a massive panic attack. We click… put all stuff in a room together, shut the door and binge watch everything until it has been forgotten 😂 Other stuff I have had to do is make up a song about leaving the house so that it doesn’t take me 15 minutes or longer to actually leave the house. I’m really weird about odd numbers (volume on the tv/speaker/radio, specific food items on a plate, etc.) every thing must be even. If it’s not I can immediately tell and must change the problem before i have a meltdown. Good times 🤣🤣🤣
I have tried all the things. Sometimes they work and sometimes they just don’t. Thanks for the suggestion!
Have you tried labeling where things go? So they have an easier time placing things were they need to go.

Exactly!!! Like once my partner wouldn’t tell me what was on his fortune cookie and it make me sooooo mad we end up wrestling on the sofa for it and then I got it, put it in my mouth, locked myself in the bathroom, spat it out, unfolded it and read it, it was an absolutely pointless thing to read but the fact I didn’t know what it said was too much😂 I was like a woodpecker in my brain 🧠
