Transformation Tuesday

Before Jan 2, 2022 - After Dec 12, 2023 I started at 154 Iโ€™m down to 130/132. I purged all the crap food out of the house with the Yuka app. Switched to honey for my tea and cut back on my dairy๐Ÿฅ›. Focused on my water ๐Ÿ’ง intake. Showing up for my daily ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿปmovement. Growth was my word for 2023๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿปโœ… Proud of Myself Best decision I ever made was to start working out with BODi. 2024 I want to get out of my comfort zone and join a class or two at the local gym! Plus another 5k walk/run that I actually prepare for ๐Ÿ˜‚

You are (and look) amazing ๐Ÿคฉ this is so huge, because it takes so much to start in the first place and then stay consistent with it. A 5k should be easy for you - I have a long way to go in my weight loss and fitness journey - 33lb down, 67lb to go and I run two half marathons in January - believe me, if I can do it, you can do it as well ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป๐Ÿ€
