One thing that has helped me - I use my iPhone's “shortcuts” to have the app open at 7 am every morning (not just send notifications). This really helps eliminate the initial “start-up” task and lets me just get started.
Welcome. Definitely read through all the hack posts. Find an active team and consistently check-in. Add even the most basic simple tasks, routines you already have to your list along with a few new ones. Easier to keep going if you can start by ticking of the simple tasks to help with momentum.
