3 years agoYou can do your own research and make your own sort of links in your life. Look for the diagnostic criteria for both inattentive and hyperactive adhd. I believe as an adult you need to have 5-6 of the problems present in your everyday life and they’ve been affecting you since childhood it’s considered adhd. If you want medication, a diagnosis and additional support you usually have to see a doc.
