ADHD weekends

Weekends are fun, until about Saturday around noon. Until then, it’s relaxing when you actually need to, getting settled from a long week of school or work. You can do something productive, like plan next week very simply, interact with your family, cook the next meal, or something calming, like a puzzle, crafts, etc. then past Saturday at noon; everything is one of 2 things: crazy already, you need to do this and that. You might have to go to church on Sunday, or maybe even go somewhere with your kids/ family. You have your help with dinner or make it really fast. Or You are bored of relaxing, can’t lay down and do nothing. Can’t just sit there and watch Tv. You have to do something, but there’s nothing to do n but relax, and ur tired of relaxing Which one is your usual weekend

I feel weekends are actually the days i want to live forever, no plans yet very well planned from unknown sources.

I spend my weekend more productively when it's planned; without it.. it's hard.

As far as I’m concerned, I’m (usually) very relaxed on Friday evening, ok on saturday morning, and then I feel like time is slipping through my fingers, with all the activities of the children (basketball match, music and dance), and already on saturday night you need to be careful about bedtime hour, to avoid getting too « out of sync »… Beginnings are great, but then I feel the end is already here…
