5 months agoI‘m not a specialist but if not being able to use your phone makes you feel this angry maybe you could have a problem with addiction ( Not like fullly addicted but going in the wrong direction)

This right here. I can say that when I was a teenager, just getting started using messenger on the internet (like way a long time ago now), I used to have that same feeling. I’ve since learned that I was indeed addicted to a point, but it was also a control issue. And I definitely have defiant tendencies to this day - don’t tell me what to do! But also… tell me what to do, because I’m lost and need support.

Also… I’m addicted to my phone now, in this present day. My husband has tried to help me with it, but he’s no better, and is on his phone or his laptop +2 monitors a lot.
