Phones before bedtime?
I’ve been told many times that electronics (phones, iPad, laptop, etc.) before bed can make it hard for you to sleep. What tasks have you found to be the best replacement for that when trying to get to bed?

I also like reading on my Kindle Paperwhite and agree that it doesn’t feel like a device. No eye strain or distractions.
I like reading on my kindle before bed. Granted it is another device, but the paper white kindle feels just like reading a paperback and doesn’t cause any eye strain or keep me awake. I also find that engaging in a low effort, low stress hobby /craft can be nice too, like knitting.
