Lately, I’ve been forgetting to take my morning medications more often than I usually do. I’ll realize my mistake in the afternoon and I never know if it’s better to take them then, or just wait 3-4 hours until the next dose.

@hocus_phocus I know how it is to ignore the alarm ⏰ I would talk to your doctor about being able to take the med once a day
Better to take it ASAP then not at all; however, I’m not your doctor so I’d also ask. Do you have an alarm set?
