I never know what to say. I feel these deep, deep unexplainable feelings and i want to release them. I can feel those words through my soul, a rhythm flowing through my aura. I try to grasp them to my words and my thoughts and feelings get mixed. This is why adhd poets need time to write.

I relate to this strongly… I’m always so over full of feelings and in my head I can explain them in elaborate detail … but when I open my mouth nothing concise will leave it…. Writing is a great outlet for just letting the thoughts and feelings flow forth into words on pages and if it doesn’t make sense to anyone else then so be it… it isn’t for them anyway
