Hey guys, what is your most hated chore? I hate changing my bed linen so much. I’d rather clean the toilet. I love my duvet, but it’s 2.00m x 2.20m, and that’s just so big and awkward! Sometimes I have to start over three times because I can never find the matching sides!

War ich auch schon (mit dem Übergrößen-Duvet), hab ich auch schon gemacht … seit etwa 20 Jahren … Ich habe mit Edding Pfeile auf die Ecken gemalt, um die Richtung zu finden 😅. Aber, hallo Perimenopause, mein Schlaf wurde so „wild“, dass wir jetzt getrennte, kleinere Bettdecken haben. So kann ich mich voll und ganz dem Hass auf die Reinigung der Duschkabine widmen 😅. (Und dem Zusammenlegen meiner gewaschenen Kleidung nach dem Trocknen)
Intellektuell weiß ich das 😅, aber wenn das Wasser ausgeht, bin ich so damit beschäftigt, nicht zu erfrieren, dass ich es meistens einfach nicht über mich bringe, es zu tun. Duschen ist eine echte Herausforderung für meine Temperaturregulierung 🙈
Mein Dusch-Hack ist, das Wasser direkt nach dem Duschen abzuwischen. Dauert 30 Sekunden und ist viel weniger mühsam, als einmal pro Woche eklige Wasserflecken zu putzen 🍀
Ich werde nie verstehen, warum sie die übergroßen Bezüge nicht quadratisch machen. Diese Aufgabe wäre so viel einfacher, wenn sie 2x2 oder 2,20x2,20 wären 🙈 Ich bin auch kein Fan davon, das zu tun, besonders weil, wenn man die Bezüge morgens abnimmt und wäscht, es Abend ist, bis sie trocken sind, um wieder aufgezogen zu werden, und das kurz vor dem Schlafengehen zu tun, macht es für mich noch schlimmer 🙈
Ja, das würde das Leben viel einfacher machen 😂 Ich habe einen zweiten Satz Bettwäsche, so kann ich sofort frische Laken aufziehen, nachdem ich die alten abgezogen habe. So muss ich die Bettwäsche auch nicht sofort waschen.
Das ist besser – ich habe auch mehr als ein Set, aber irgendwie habe ich immer ein Lieblingsset, das ich sowieso sofort wieder anziehen möchte 😅🙈

Laundry. It’s so many steps just for clean clothes and it takes forever. Also what’s the point of folding my t-shirt? It’s not gonna get wrinkly the same way a dress would. No one gives a crap about what my clothes look like inside my drawers
I’ve started simply hanging all my tops - even sweatshirts - on hangers. It’s just much faster than folding every single item. The real game-changer was completely clearing out my wardrobe. I donated ten bags of clothes. Now, doing the laundry is a much quicker process.
Laundry! It’s so annoying, you do it, you have to do it again, if you don’t do it often enough it piles up, you have to wait on the cycles! The worst!
i also hate doing the bed because i have a corner bed and i don’t want to put it in the middle of the room cause it ruins my entire setup. but vacuuming probably. i cannot maneuver it it’s so hard. i’m probably gonna vacuum like once a freaking year if i ever have my own place dishes, taking out trash, laundry, these r the fun ones
It’s even more annoying when the bed is in the corner. You can’t reach every spot at all.

i hate mowing the lawn so much actually. cause to me it never looks necessary cause i love nature lmao. and i’m just bad at it

Don't you have one ultimate nemesis? Laundry is annoying because it feels like you always have to do it. The never-ending story of adulthood.

That used to be the chore I hated most. Luckily, I have my robot vacuum now. It vacuums, mops, and cleans itself. I just have to refill the fresh water or empty the dirty water every now and then 🤩
Cleaning the shower drain, like eeewwww
I‘m on bathroom duty, there are multiple long haired people using the shower (one never cleans anything) and sometimes I have to scrub slippery goo off the inside of a detachable part of the drain so…

Oh yes, that’s really gross. I have very long hair and have to do that after every shower, otherwise the water won't drain 😅
Washing up. Change the bed sheets, I find it hard physically because the mattress is soooo heavy
