i hope im not the only one here who always has to wear ear plugs in public when it's crowded 😅 i also NEED my earplugs to sleep, can't live without them

Only on some days when it’s really bad and not to sleep( that’s because I eliminate every source of light or noise in my room)

I wear them 24/7, I have definitely been working on wearing them less when talking to others, but I’m normally listening to music in the background of classes and such.
