Sleepiness in ADHD

I feel like my body needs around 10 hours to feel rested. But it’s a lot and I can’t afford to sleep this much. Tell me about your sleeping routines and maybe some tips what helps you to wake up early

quite late comment but the Alarmy can be quite an effective (and annoying) way to wake up!! It has a selection of tasks to do like simple maths or movement to wake your brain and body up:£

Plus put the alarm on the other side of the room
