New hack ?

Just discovered a kind of hack that helps me to get motivated when it comes to study: I read a chapter of a book (that I'm reading this days), and when it ends, I put the book far away from me before my work session: I feel more motivated and ready to study, and I keep in mind if I study fast and good I will continue my book more quickly:) It works like a sort of reward system in reverse: I "feed" my brain with an activity I like to energize its, plus I promised, if I study as much as I want, to give him the next chapter so the rest of the story :)

Since I started reading my book while eating breakfast I can go to bed more easiliy and have energy to get up. I know I can read my book before going to work 😁
