I realised that drinking with a straw is the best hack (for me at least) to stay hydrated. I don’t have to lose my focus while reading writing etc when drinking with a straw, even better if a jug with a small opening so the straw stays in place! Bought some nice metallic dishwasher approved straws, I used them all the time and for me it was a total GAME CHANGER! Let me know what you think! 🥤🥤🥤🥤

This is great, it helps me too! It also makes it easier to drink in more and in the morning when drinking lots of water make me feel like puking. Love it!
Got a blackeye from a metal straw; I was drinking while entering a vehicle, straw hit vehicle door, pushed stainless steel drinking cup in my face. Now I have dishwasher-safe plastic.

Love STRAWS - it is the only way I actually finish a drink. I have a couple of portable straws with cases - I keep them everywhere so I always have a straw.
Watch out if you have kids, a kid i think died bc of metal straw, look online

I am the same- drinking out of a straw was a complete game changer. And I stick with it as long as the straws I use are dishwasher safe 😅

Me too ! I drink way more when I have my straw ! But I struggle to clean them 😭😅
I was actually wondering about that. I have no issue drinking from straws but if I drink from my water bottle I just don’t do it.
