Red notification paralysis

I don’t know about you, but the notifications on my apps can consume my time quickly. To combat this, I have removed all social media apps from my home screen on my phone. I’ve turned off pop-up notifications and I’ve set specific times I can check those apps. It has greatly improved my ability to focus… or I guess it’s cut my ability to distract myself as easily.😆

Yeah same, I keep notifications turned off as much as possible. Only the absolute most necessary apps get that privilege on my phone :)
