What's your best coping strategy for lack of motivation?

I struggle a lot with motivation, especially with doing repetitive tasks daily like washing and dishes etc. I'm not sure how to cope, at the moment I'm stuck in the cycle of doing everything one week then being burnt out the next two weeks then starting it over again. Anybody have any good coping skills for doing boring things consistently? 🤣

1. Make it fun. 2. Tell myself I’m only going to do it for five minutes (and set a timer) 3. Write down the first step of the thing. 4. MUSIC.
