Med overstim?
How do you get over the med overstimulation when you first start taking it after forgetting for a while? Whenever I forget to take my meds for a few days I always have to get back on the horse and it sucks so much 😭

3 anni faI try to drink a lot of water and make myself eat.

3 anni faI take a lower dose (I just cut the tablet in half) for a few days then increase it to a full tablet. It takes the edge off for me xx
