2 anni faI think I have this! I have just recently found out this was actually a thing. A week or 2 before my period. I have an appointment with my doctor to start the diagnosis adventure

2 anni faI was experiencing this. I actually felt like half of every month was pretty rotten- I was angsty, depressed, short-tempered. Like being 13 again! Started antidepressant this summer and it has given me so much relief in so many ways, and this is def one.

2 anni faIt’s a variation of PMS with depressive episodes, fears and mood lability. Some people like me need to take antidepressants. In hard times I had suicidal thoughts. The moment my period begins the thoughts are gone. But the week before can be like hell… People with ADHD tend to have PMDS way more often than others.
