Omg yes!! It originally started because when I was younger my doctor told me to make lists to help with my disorganization and overwhelmed feelings I was having all the way back then when I was even having Trouble in school as well (this was over 20 years ago) and now it’s just turned into actual notebooks full of to do lists that I can never complete because those even overwhelm me! But slowly I’m learning about tiny habits like from the book atomic habits and it’s sorta starting to help.
To do lists are my favourite and yet worst thing. I found a to do list from 20 years ago recently. It had something on it then that I still haven’t done yet. 20 years of guilt following me around!!
