Tips for Social Media cleanse

I’m deleting my social media apps (TikTok, instagram, facebook) for a bit as I’m spending way too much time on there. I’m addicted to the short dopamine hits and feel awful about it. If anyone has any tips for dealing with this, please share. I’d also like to reward myself if I make it a week without reinstalling, but not sure what that should be. I don’t have a lot of money so I can’t just buy something
