15 minutes

15 minute increments have been life changing for me. I set a timer and do whatever task I need to do. If by the end of my timer I’m over it, I stop and come back later. Usually I’m not though and I just end up finishing the task.

I do this with my editing photos. I hate sitting still and working so I will edit 5 min run 1/2 a mile, edit 5 min, run repeat
