Autistic with ADHD
Is anyone else here autistic as well as ADHD? If so, have you also experienced your ADHD tendencies clashing with your autistic traits?

I find it very difficult to get motivated and ill be shouting at myself to get up and do the thing and then 4 hours will pass and the thing isn't done so I finally push myself and the thing takes 10 mins. This is all day everyday for me about everything. My executive functioning is awful
YES! I loathe the love/hate relationship with routines. I haven't got around to creating it yet, but I had a thought of creating a 4(or more) week routine where every week is roughly the same, but there're subtle differences like mixing up what exercises are being done each day, or throwing in a dopamine day where you go buy stuff you need around the house, but haven't made time for, go for a walk every other Monday, and take the kids to the park on alternate Mondays. Just something, anything to make it interesting enough for the ADHD part of my brain, yet consistent enough for the autistic part.
