building water drinking habit 🤞💧

I think I drink almost no water during the day, just other drinks, which, as we all know, is unhealthy. Plastic reusable water bottles always start smelling, so I do not want to drink from them very soon. So I bought a metal bottle big enough for me to drink just two of them daily. I also chose a pretty one for extra dopamine. Let’s see how it does!

So Julia, how’s it going ? Are your drinking now (water of course 😅) ? I must say, I drink a lot more since I started using Numo : I have a task for the morning drinking and the afternoon drinking ! And of course, a very nice reusable bottle too 🥰

WaterLama helped me a lot, I just established this routine and it works. They have discount offer for lifetime, I paid like 9€, but it totally worth it!

I started this habit a few months ago as well, so far it's working just fine. I've tried a few tactics and bottles, my magic recipe was: - bottle must be transparent, so I am always reminded there's water left - needs to be in direct view, eg on the work desk - had to write down a reminder next to the front door at home: "Have you packed your bottle?" Since then my kidneys are finally happier ^^

I want to personalise a water bottle with stickers. Hopefully it'll make me smile and therefore drink more water. Your bottle is lovely

Every week I get a new life water bottle with the sippy top and use this at work.

I’ve tried this but end up just leaving it laying around 🤣. I try to stack water on other habits but still probably not drinking as much as I should.
