I wish I could

Prioritise and break things down into smaller tasks and task swap. Since I take meds it’s all gotten better overall. But I can still feel the mental block when it comes down to those things. My brain won’t compute. 🫥 - all I know it’s getting better at least. Any tips ?

I struggle with the same thing. Brain dumps are helpful, then prioritize by due dates. If you have a date assigned by someone else for a task it helps. I'm trying to break my awful cycle of Procrastination and task paralysis. Working under pressure or the illusion of pressure seems to get me to do my stuff.
