Endring

Litt som hvordan jeg har nettene og dagene mine blandet sammen, som nå. Vel, i går våknet jeg kl. 16, og nå er jeg lys våken. Jeg kan ikke stå opp om morgenen selv om livet mitt avhang av det. Og jeg skal snart begynne å jobbe, og jeg har alltid vært for sen tidligere, hvordan endrer jeg dette?

I heard from a professional that it's good for us to exercise, especially when we wake up. When you exercise, you automatically generate a personal benefit. Running, gym, home workouts... Obviously, it won't always be a magic pill, but setting an alarm for each thing at bedtime that you want, like 1 hour to stop using the internet, 30 minutes to brush your teeth, and put on comfortable clothes, Reading something, and then having another one before bed, already makes a big difference. Similarly, waking up for work... I understand the issue of switching night for day and vice versa; I unfortunately experience that too. But we will succeed. The most important thing is, stay calm, you won't have to change your perfect routine overnight. If you go to bed very late like I used to, like at 5 am, then at 4 am, then at 3 am, and so on... Until you reach your desired routine.
