Journalism with prompts

Recently I downloaded the gratitude app it has journaling prompts and notifications and reminders and I found recently that starting my day with a positive thought and trying to do so at the end of the night has really improved my mental health. Highly recommended

Walmart actually sells journals with props because I prefer physical writing to virtual writing and it works wonders it not only helps me with my ADHD but it helps me with my other mental disorders
