Bad memory and tired

Does anyone know any ways of staying stimulated on tasks without caffeine? That’s what I’ve been using. I’m not a fan of medication and wanted a more natural way. I’m tired of feeling the brain tiredness and not focusing well. I also have bad memory and I am looking for better ways to help myself. Anyone know of anything that can help? I need it especially with work.

Hi. I'm not a fan of meds myself, but the truth is, they work and usually, when you can't overcome your symptoms with other methods such as therapy, you'll need to take the medication road. I know it sucks, for now, but you'll feel much better
