In Austria 🇦🇹 I use "Aripiprazol" med. instead... It seems to be in Europe only for pre-scription. It is said that Aripiprazol 10 mg is meant to supress some emotional things for... Asperger's, ASD and ADHD too. Albeit my ADHD is undiagnosed, but my Asperger's is!

Curious as how your body reacts to this. Supposed to be really good.

I’ve been taking vyvanse for years but had some mood changes on it and not my best self even though it was way better than adderall. Recently did the liver test to check which meds are better for me so my doctor changed me to Concerta 36 mg. I think it’s okay so far but I’ve been having some weird jittery days on it and feeling overwhelmed at the end of some days. Anyone else experience that? Maybe it’s the coffee I’m supplementing because I’ve noticed it’s not keeping me up or focused as much as the vyvanse

I started with Ritalin instant release and I would crash too hard later. So I take 36 mg of Concerta, and it’s actually a God send. I was out of it for a month or so because of national shortage. I felt every day I didn’t have it.

I take instant release Ritalin and it hits HARD. My dr prescribed to take it twice a day but I only take once a day bc I don’t have enough energy endurance for the amount of “go time” two doses gives. I know the instructions say to take it on an empty stomach so eat and then take it after you digested bc otherwise you won’t eat for the whole day….i tried to eat after Ritalin kicked in and my brain was like, “your stomach does not exist”.

I take adderrall ir 30 mg twice a day but my dr. Gives me 3 a day. So it helps having the extra every month just in case my pharmacy doesn’t have it instantly.

This is what I take and it works super well with me. I get high blood pressure from it so I have to take a few blood pressure meds at the same time.

Game changer for my son, he has tried others that had very little or no effect We use short acting because the extended release made him over stimulated. You could actually see the effects when the medication took effect. The medication I give him can be very scary right. Thankfully I follow up with developmental pediatrician to help him be monitored. Good luck to you both 😊

I prefer Vyvanse which I think is same as adderall? I'm in the AUS so I think some of ours have different names? I used 30mg slow release but found it almost way too punchy with how effective it is, so now I am trying taking 1 - 2 5mg tablets twice a day. The first day I switched to Vyvanse I hyperfocused on my laptop so hard that I was still in my towel with my toothbrush in my mouth on the couch by about 3pm. I didn't need to eat or wee or rest. Crazy focus. Ritalin however, was like rocket fuel up my asshole 👩‍🚀🚀

Can anyone explain the major differences/experiences from Ritalin and Adderall?

I take 30mg per day , extended release. Started a few months back. It’s completely changed my life! So productive (depending on the conditions 😅) , but remember to have a big breakfast or lunch, you won’t be hungry for a while…

Is that an immediate release or extended release? I find the extended release works better as I don't have to remember to take it as often.
