do u wear noise-cancelling ear plugs/muffs when overstimulated too?
i hope im not the only one here who always has to wear ear plugs in public when it's crowded 😅 i also NEED my earplugs to sleep, can't live without them

i use loop earplugs! i dont know if they're available in other countries but they do help a lot for me. i am usually distracted by music so i can't use music to overpower the noise. loop also has different variations depending on ur needs 🥰
